What busy day! We are working really hard on following routines and are starting to get some of them down :) When kinder friends come in they are in charge of taking shoes off and placing them in a square, grabbing their inside shoes off the shoe shelf, hanging up coats and backpacks and finding their desk! Their desk has something for them to get started on, today it was play dough. In no time we will have it mastered!
Today we read the story Chrysanthemum and completed the first page in our very special visual journal. For this page we used the first letter from our name, crayons and paint!
The PM class was able to be part of our first online assembly. We met our fabulous administration team. Were reminded to be prepared for the weather and to bring a water bottle. We also met our office staff and they read us a fun story!
Friendly reminders
- Keep working on independence at home opening containers, putting on shoes and coats and zipping tricky zippers
- Lanyards will need to be break away for safety
- Dress for the weather! We will aim to get outside daily
- All students brought home demographic forms today, please complete and return by Friday
