Today's Top Banana! 

The Top Banana gets to come up and share some of their favourites with the class.  This is a great opportunity to begin work with letters/letter sounds and numbers. For example, Raegan starts with /R/ can we thing of some other words that begin with R? Jake is 5, how can we show the number 5? Students are encouraged to print their own names.
