We worked on the life cycle of a plant

Found a ladybug 

Kindergarten will get a chance to experience the magical life cycle of a butterfly.  Kits with everything we need to raise caterpillars are due to arrive by the last week of May. With this comes a $4.00 fee.  This can be paid electronically through powerschool or you can send in $4.00 cash labeled with your child's name.  If you have already paid, your name is checked off.   

Please keep this a secret from your children as we would like this to be a surprise and to build up to it :) 

For the month of May we will be collecting plastic lids for an art project in June.  For example, from cottage cheese, yogurt or sour cream. If you could please collect and send in a plastic bag throughout May it would be appreciated!
