So happy to be back in person with so many of my favourite 5-year-olds and to hear all about your winter break. Hamsters, monster trucks, delicious dinners, fireworks and more!
We started our day with a new rotation of centers and then got right back to learning our new letter and practicing all the ones we have learned before. Today was the letter R.
We began our 3rd sacred teaching of Courage and the Bear. We had a really great discussion about times we have been brave and then completed a journal on the topic.
We are really working on recording the letter sounds we hear. I'm so happy to see the risk-taking and transfer of knowledge!
* In the event that your child cannot attend school and is well, Mrs. Hellyer and I have posted assignments in the Google Classroom.
