Wishing both Ellis and Anna a very Happy Birthday tomorrow! 

Some important information for next week :) 

* This week we had a lot of children talking about masks in the kindergarten classroom with the announcement.   Every kindergarten classroom used the same language, supporting whatever personal choice families make in regards to masking.  We will use the seven sacred teachings of respect and love to facilitate a welcoming environment for all choices. 

* Monday is Valentine's Day and students are welcome to bring in Valentine cards for the class as per an email earlier this month as well as posted on this blog.  Please ensure there is one for everyone (AM class has 21 students and PM has 19) and that they are not individually addressed, instead, 'to my friend'. WEAR VALENTINE'S DAY COLOURS! 

* As per our Principal's message, we will be having a Cookie Mama fun snack day on February 14th that the kindergarten students can all participate in. Because this snack day is on a Monday instead of our usual Thursday the order cut-off date was originally Wednesday, February 9th. This caught a few families off guard who are accustomed to our cut-off dates being the Saturday the week before. We were able to adjust the time until tomorrow (Saturday) at 8:00 am.

* No school Thursday/Friday
