Starting next week, dismissal will be a little different. In preparation for grade one, we will be handing over more responsibility to the students. Instead of the one by one dismissal, I will head out with students, ask them to look for their pickup person and then they can go. I will stay out watching and making sure everyone is picked up, but handing over some responsibility. If they are a 1st Class daycare student, nothing will change for them.
Today we made 3D shapes and ate snack outside.

Our Last Full Week of School will have a fun activity/celebration that is unique to each day. You can dress up to help us celebrate as we complete our first year of school.
June 20 - Community Helper Day (dress up as a community helper, post office worker, police officer)
June 21 - Orange Shirt Day (wear your orange shirts)
June 22 - Secret Spy Mission Day (pull out that superhero/princess costume one more time)
June 23 - Mad Scientist Day (fun glasses?)
