Wow more snow! Today it was a bit too cold for the AM kinder class to go outside but the PM class got to spend some time playing at the park, enjoying the fresh air. Just a friendly reminder that we go outside up until -20 so please make sure that your child is dressed for the weather with all of their winter gear. Throwing in an extra hat and mitts in their backpack is always helpful for those days that the weather changes or items go missing.   

Today we wrote about a time when we showed courage. Some of the ideas shared included going to kindergarten for the first time, making new friends, trying a new sport like swimming or hockey, and learning to ride a bike. Our classes are sure made up of some pretty brave kindergarteners! 

We have started our next round of Top Banana. I have been loving seeing all the photos you have sent in so far and getting a sneak peak of your child’s responsibility. I am so excited to hear all about the important responsibilities that our Top Bananas have to help out at home.
