OH MY GOODNESS, did I feel the love today! It started with my Mrs. Hellyer going all out to decorate my room and then all of the cards, gifts and smiling faces! I can't thank you enough for helping me celebrate this big birthday.  Getting to spend the day with your awesome children was amazing and it felt like they were all at my birthday party. 

We spent some time talking about taking care of our brains.  We practiced rainbow breathing and talked about checking in with our family and friends.
