Fun fun Friday in kindergarten today. 

Today nature provided us with the perfect mix of cold and moisture to create interesting and magical snowflakes.  We took advantage of this wonder and went out searching for snowflakes on black pieces of paper.  Look at what we found.  We came in and looked closely at the photos on the SMARTBoard.

As part of our Halloween Celebration this year we have partnered up with Healthy Hunger to provide the opportunity for students to order popcorn as an optional “Fun Snack” in light of the restrictions for sharing food and treats this year. Students will receive their popcorn order at snack time on Thursday, October 29th.   Our Healthy Hunger vendors are committed to complying with ongoing COVID health regulations with respect to the safe preparation and delivery of food items. All snacks will be individually packaged with limited handling and will be delivered to the student’s classrooms. To join in the fun, enter into the Healthy Hunger website at healthyhunger.ca using your account information and add your student. If you are new to Healthy Hunger, you will need to register your student through the homepage – Please see attachment for instructions. Once your student is added you will be able to see upcoming events for fun snack and fun lunch. The deadline for placing your order is: Saturday October 22nd at midnight.
