Today we looked at various patterns on the SMARTboard. We asked, what do you notice? What is the same? How are they similar? What would come next? Then we explored with loose parts and playdough.
The PM class got a chance to practice their cutting skills. AM will practice this same activity on Friday!
We spent a lot of time going over safety today. A lot of reminders about keeping our hands to ourselves and not touching others. If you could continue these conversations at home it would be helpful as we navigate being at school for the first time.
You may notice garbage from snacks coming home in snack bags. This is to limit the number of times masks come on and off during snack time as well as limit the number of times getting out of their desk during this time.
A reminder to keep your children home with symptoms including if they need to be medicated to be free of symptoms. This keeps us all safe and healthy! Please make sure that you are completing the checklist daily.
