Monday: Orange Shirt Day and PM students attend their first assembly
Wednesday: Hats on for Mental Health- Wear a hat to school
Wednesday: May the 4th Wear a Star Wars shirt if you have one
What fun! A parent of a student in our class printed us each a robot! We had fun naming them, building them a home and now they are coming home with some homework. There is a journal to complete and send in on Monday. What sort of adventure can you take your robot on? A pancake breakfast or a bike ride? Take this opportunity to help your child sound out the words and encourage them to record all of the letter sounds they here. Draw a picture that includes details so I can tell what is happening and make sure to colour in the lines.

Attention, breaking news! After 8 months of the teachers telling the children what to share during their special presentations we are going to SWITCH IT UP! We know that our kids are passionate about many different topics that they have shared with us during conversations. We love how unique they are and always wanting to share about special things in their lives. This round of our Show and Share is all about your child sharing their voice and speaking about their passion.
What excites you or what are you an expert at? Pretend you are a News Reporter and you are sharing this information with your friends. What would you like to share? What makes you excited and lights a fire? Do you have a hobby, interest or passion? Now is your chance to share. Send in 1-3 photos and be prepared to explain your passion to us and answer some questions.
