Today we took part in a virtual school wide Remembrance Day service. I was very impressed with both classes. They were respectful and handled the moment of silence/last post like pros. We enjoyed being with the school even though we were apart. It was great to see some of the other students in the school as well as their art work.
We continued to work on our art piece. First we looked at pictures of real poppies and sketched some. Next, we watched a step by step video and practiced some more. Last, we used special paint to paint some poppies on our art. They've turned out beautiful!
The AM class was able to enjoy some time in the newly fallen snow.
