Sending you all warm holiday wishes, I hope it is a magical and memorial time with your family.  Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and have a safe and wonderful New Year!

Here are some ideas from our Physiotherapist

"All of these students would benefit from practicing the following over the Christmas break:
  • two foot jumping
  • two foot jumping over small items (e.g. mittens, toque, small box)
  • stomping on Christmas bubble wrap (if they get any) to make it pop or squishing it with their fingers
  • standing on one leg (Christmas Tree Pose)
  • trying their best to hop on one leg (reindeer hop)
  • outdoor physical play with adult supervision
  • playing freeze dance
  • winter walks, practicing all the steps and the order of dressing/undressing too
  • helping adult with shoveling (unless they live in condo or apt and this is not needed)"
A new set of marks are available in Powerschool.

What a fun and festive week we have had! Some highlights were Carol singing in the gym, the DMC band playing for us, festive hat, PJ Day, Festive sweater and Red and Green Day! We also enjoyed lots of fun center time.  Here are some photos from our week.
