It was wonderful to see so many family members in the school yesterday.  It was amazing to watch how proud the kids were to show you their space and learning.   Looking forward to seeing more tonight! If you were not able to make it last night, feel free to come tonight.  

Home Reading is currently on a pause.  Home Reading is supported by our fabulous classroom volunteers.  The last couple weeks they were unable to make it in.  If you have clearance and are able to volunteer please let me know :) We'll get it back up and running soon! 

Has your child told you about the Amazing Race that we are participating in? We will be participating in challenges over the next few weeks.  There are 453 classrooms in Calgary taking part.  We need to make a rainbow and the students have decided to make one out of rocks.  Tomorrow they can bring 1, 2 or 3 rocks to school. 

We moved our mantis over into a new terrarium.
